How fast will my cards ship? Can I get them the same day?
Standard orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For same-day shipping, choose Rush (+25%) when you order and place it by 11 AM ET on a business day. Rush orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a major US holiday ship the next business day. Transit time depends on the shipping option you pick at checkout. See shipping & returns.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
We accept .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf (vector preferred), and high-resolution .png and .jpg files (300 DPI minimum). If your file isn't print-ready, our team can do basic cleanup as part of any design services tier.
Can I add a barcode, QR code, or chip to my cards?
Yes. The design editor adds scannable QR codes and Code 128 / Code 39 barcodes to any card, and with a roster upload each card gets its own code (a student or member ID, for example). ID cards can include an NFC chip that opens a link when tapped. RFID/HID access-control encoding for door readers is not available.
What if I don't like the design from your team?
Each tier includes a set number of changes — Quick gets 1, Custom gets 2, Premium gets up to 4. A "revision" is a small tweak (color, layout, copy); a "send-back" is a full restart in a new direction. Either one counts the same against your included allowance.

Need more changes than included? Additional revisions are $35.00 each through the same checkout. No contracts — just pay when you want another round.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship via UPS within the United States. International shipping is coming — drop us a note if you need a non-US destination and we'll let you know when it's available.
How do I reorder a previous design?
All your approved designs are saved to your account. Sign in, click the design you want, choose your quantity, and check out. Bulk pricing applies automatically based on quantity.
How do I reach support if something goes wrong?
Use the Contact link in the footer or email us directly — we typically respond within a few business hours during weekdays.
Do you offer nonprofit or organization discounts?
Yes — qualifying 501(c)(3)s, religious organizations, schools, government agencies, and youth sports leagues receive a 10% discount on every order, automatically applied at checkout once approved. Apply for the nonprofit discount →
