Gym membership cards

Gym membership cards with a barcode for check-in

Design your gym's card once, upload your member list, and we print a durable PVC card for every member with their own barcode or QR code, ready to scan at the front desk.

Printed gym cards: a member card with photo and barcode, a trainer staff badge, a 10-class studio pass and an NFC check-in key fob

From member list to cards in three steps

1

Design your card

Start from a template or a blank card. Add your logo and a barcode set to {{Member Number}}, plus fields like {{Name}} and {{Plan}}.

2

Upload your member list

Export your members from your gym software as a spreadsheet, match the column names to your card, and upload it. Preview every card before you order.

3

We print and ship

Cards are printed on 30mil PVC and shipped via UPS with tracking within 3–5 business days, or the same day with Rush when you order by 11 AM ET on a weekday.

Built for the front desk

A scannable code on every card

Code 128, Code 39 or a QR code, filled in with each member's number from your spreadsheet.

Matches your check-in system

Use the barcode format and number your gym software already expects, so existing members keep their numbers.

Plan and photo

Print the member's plan or expiry date, and add a photo spot if you check faces at the door.

New members later

Your design stays saved. Upload a few new members and order just those cards.

Durable PVC

Credit-card size, 30mil PVC, full color on one or both sides. Put club rules or hours on the back.

Matching gift cards

Sell gift cards with the same look. There's a Fitness / Gym gift card template.

Questions

Which barcode works with my gym check-in software? +
Most gym and club software scans Code 128, and some older systems need Code 39 or a QR code. Check your software's settings or ask its support team, then order a single test card and scan it before ordering for everyone. See our barcode guide.
Can members keep their existing member numbers? +
Yes. The barcode prints whatever number is in your spreadsheet, so export your current numbers from your gym software and use those.
Can members check in with a key fob? +
Yes, if your check-in works through a web page. Our NFC key fobs open a link when tapped on a phone, so point them at your online check-in or member page and you can change the link anytime. They don't carry a barcode, so they won't work with a barcode scanner at the front desk; use a member card for that.
Can you add a magnetic stripe? +
Not for membership cards. A barcode or QR code is the way to make the card scannable.
How much do gym membership cards cost? +
From $3.10 a card, depending on quantity. Orders under 100 cards include a one-time $25 setup fee; 100 or more have no setup fee. See the price table above.
