How does the nonprofit discount work? +

Apply on our nonprofit pricing page. Once your organization is approved, 10% comes off the card subtotal of every order automatically at checkout.

How do I make badges with a different name and photo for each volunteer? +

Put placeholders like {{Name}} and {{Role}} in your design, then choose Roster on the design. You'll get a spreadsheet template with matching columns. Fill in one row per volunteer, upload it with their photos, and we generate a badge for each person that you can preview before ordering.

How much do volunteer badges cost? +

From $3.10 a badge, depending on quantity, before the nonprofit discount. Your whole list is priced as one order. Orders under 100 badges include a one-time $25 setup fee; 100 or more have no setup fee. See the price table above.

How fast can we get them? +

Standard orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For same-day shipping, choose Rush (+25%) and order by 11 AM ET on a weekday. UPS Ground then arrives in 5–7 business days, or choose Next Day Air at checkout.

Can we order a few badges at a time? +

Yes. There's no minimum. Order one badge for a new volunteer or a whole team at once; larger orders get a lower price per badge.

Can I see a real badge before ordering for everyone? +

Yes. There's no minimum order, so you can order a single card first to check the print quality in hand.

What should go on a volunteer badge? +

Usually the volunteer's name and photo, their role or team, and your organization's logo. Churches and camps often add a check-in barcode, a color for the area they serve in, and emergency contacts on the back.

Can we reuse badges every season? +

Yes. PVC badges last for years, so returning volunteers keep theirs. When new volunteers join, upload a short list and order only their badges.
