Design your card

Start from a template or a blank card in our online editor. Type {{Name}}, {{Member Number}} or {{Expires}} where each member's details go, and add a barcode or QR code set to {{Member Number}}.

Upload your member list

Download a spreadsheet template with your card's exact columns, paste in your members (up to 2,000 per upload), and preview every card before you order.

We print and ship

Cards are printed on industrial card printers and shipped via UPS with tracking within 3–5 business days, or the same day with Rush when you order by 11 AM ET on a weekday.

Built for members

A scannable number on every card

Code 128 or Code 39 barcodes, or a QR code, filled in with each member's own number from your spreadsheet. Check which format your check-in or point-of-sale scanner reads.

Tiers and expiry dates

Add fields like {{Level}} or {{Expires}} so each card shows the member's plan and renewal date.

Photo cards if you need them

Add a photo spot and upload member photos with your list. They're rotated, resized and cropped to fit automatically.

Your design stays saved

When new members join, upload a short list and order only those cards, with the same look as the rest.

Wallet-size and durable

Standard credit-card size (CR-80), 30mil PVC, full color on one side or both. Put rules, hours or contact details on the back.

Orders under 100 cards include a one-time $25 setup fee. Printed backs, NFC chips and rush production are optional add-ons. Qualifying nonprofits save 10% — apply here.

Questions

Can each membership card have its own barcode? +
Yes. Add a barcode or QR code in the editor and set its value to {{Member Number}} (or whatever your column is called). When you upload your member list, every card gets that member's own scannable code.
Will the barcode work with our check-in system? +
It will if the format and number match what your system expects. Code 128 is the most common; some older systems need Code 39. We recommend ordering a single test card and scanning it before ordering for everyone.
Can you add a magnetic stripe to membership cards? +
Not at the moment. Barcodes and QR codes are the way to make a membership card scannable.
How much do membership cards cost? +
From $3.10 a card, depending on quantity. Each member list is priced as one order. Orders under 100 cards include a one-time $25 setup fee; 100 or more have no setup fee. See the price table above.
How do we handle renewals and new members? +
Your design stays saved in your account. Upload a list with just the new or renewing members (with updated {{Expires}} dates) and order only those cards.
Can you design the card for us? +
Yes. Our design team offers three tiers, and design is free with orders of 500 cards or more. See design services →
Can each card show a different membership level? +
Yes. Put a {{Level}} field on your design and fill it in the spreadsheet, or make a separate design per tier (for example Gold and Silver) if you want different colors.
Can members use the card to open a link? +
Yes, with the optional NFC chip. A tap with a phone opens your member portal or booking page, and you can change the link anytime. How NFC cards work.
