Event & conference badges

Event badges printed from your attendee list

Export your registration list, upload it, and we print a durable PVC badge for every attendee, speaker, exhibitor and staff member. For last-minute events, Rush orders placed by 11 AM ET on a weekday ship the same day.

From registration list to badges in three steps

1

Design your badge

Start from a template or a blank card in our online editor. Type {{Name}}, {{Company}} or {{Badge Type}} where each attendee's details go. Add a QR code with their registration number if you scan people in.

2

Upload your attendee list

Download a spreadsheet template with your badge's exact columns, paste in your registration export (up to 2,000 people per upload), and preview every badge before you order.

3

We print and ship

Badges are printed on industrial card printers and shipped via UPS with tracking within 3–5 business days. Rush orders placed by 11 AM ET on a weekday go out the same day, and Next Day Air is available at checkout.

Built for events

Same-day Rush shipping

Choose Rush and order by 11 AM ET on a weekday and your badges ship the same day. Add Next Day Air at checkout when the event is close.

A QR code or barcode per attendee

Put each person's registration or ticket number in a QR code or barcode so your check-in or session scanners can read it.

Staff, speaker and exhibitor passes

Use a {{Badge Type}} field on one design, or make a design per pass type. Need identical staff or crew passes with no names? Order any quantity of the same design.

Badges that last the whole event

Rigid 30mil PVC in standard credit-card size, full color on one side or both. Put the schedule, map or Wi-Fi details on the back.

Free lanyard slot

Add a punched hole for a lanyard or clip at no charge, in whichever corner or edge you choose.

Optional NFC link

Add an NFC chip that opens a web page, like your event app or agenda, when tapped with a phone. How NFC cards work.

Questions

Can you print badges from our registration export? +
Yes. Put placeholders like {{Name}} and {{Company}} in your design, choose Roster on the design, and download a spreadsheet template with matching columns. Paste your registration export into it, upload it, and we generate a badge for every attendee that you can preview before ordering.
How quickly can we get badges for an event next week? +
Choose Rush (+25%) and order by 11 AM ET on a weekday and your badges ship the same day; add Next Day Air at checkout to have them the next business day. Standard orders take 3–5 business days to print and ship, and UPS Ground takes 5–7 business days.
Can each badge have its own QR code for check-in? +
Yes. Add a QR code or barcode in the editor and set its value to a column such as {{Registration ID}}. Every badge gets that attendee's own code. Make sure the value matches what your check-in system expects.
How much do event badges cost? +
From $3.10 a badge, depending on quantity. Your whole attendee list is priced as one order. Orders under 100 badges include a one-time $25 setup fee; 100 or more have no setup fee. See the price table above.
What about walk-ins and late registrations? +
Order a small batch of blank-name badges with the same design for on-site use, or upload a short list of late registrations as a separate order.
Can you design the badge for us? +
Yes. Our design team offers three tiers, and design is free with orders of 500 cards or more. See design services →
What should go on the back of an event badge? +
The back is useful space: the schedule, a venue map, Wi-Fi details, emergency contacts or a sponsor thank-you. Double-sided printing is an option on the order page.
Are plastic badges worth it over paper? +
For multi-day events, yes. 30mil PVC doesn't tear, curl or smudge, so badges still scan and look right on day three. For a short one-day event, paper inserts can be enough.
