1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CredentialCore ("the Service"), operated by Blood Moon Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and place orders. By using the Service you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You may use CredentialCore to create and order custom PVC ID cards for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not:
- Create ID cards that impersonate a government agency, law enforcement, or official body in a misleading or fraudulent manner.
- Submit designs containing illegal content, hate speech, threats, or material that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
- Use the Service in connection with any fraudulent scheme or identity theft.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe violates this section, without refund.
5. Content Ownership & License
Your designs: You retain ownership of the content you upload and design. By placing an order you grant us a limited license to reproduce that design solely for the purpose of printing and fulfilling your order.
Our platform: All software, templates, and visual assets we provide are owned by Blood Moon Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them outside of the normal use of the Service.
Your responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content in your designs — including logos, photos, and text — and that your designs do not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed through PayPal at the time of order. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment capture.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected policy violations. In such cases we will issue a full refund.
7. Production & Shipping
Production times are estimates only. Standard production is typically 3–5 business days; rush production is typically 1–2 business days. Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or address errors caused by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Refunds & Returns
Because ID cards are custom-printed, all sales are final once an order enters production. We will reprint or refund orders that arrive with a verifiable printing defect or damage caused by us, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or design errors made by the customer.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blood Moon Tech's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
